This policy sets out which advertising Lannore accepts. It applies to
self-service campaigns and to sponsorships.

## 1. Principles

1.1 Advertising on Lannore is contextual: it is chosen by the film, collection,
genre or premiere it appears with and by the country, never by a personal
profile or behaviour, and never by sensitive data such as health, religion,
political opinion or sexual orientation.

1.2 Advertising appears only on free areas. Lannore Plus and paid access are
free of advertising.

1.3 Every advertisement is clearly marked as advertising and names the
advertiser. A sponsor note ("Supported by …") is only a neutral credit for a
financed film or programme: it contains no offer, price or call to buy and
cannot be clicked.

## 2. Advertising we do not accept

We do not accept advertising that:

- is political advertising, including advertising by or for political parties,
  candidates, governments, referendums or campaigns on political or social
  issues;
- promotes gambling, betting, tobacco or nicotine products, weapons,
  pornography or sexual services, prescription medicines, drugs, or
  speculative financial products such as crypto assets or contracts for
  difference;
- is unlawful, misleading or deceptive, conceals its commercial purpose, or
  makes health or financial promises it cannot support;
- discriminates, harasses or incites hatred or violence;
- is directed at children or exploits the inexperience of young people;
- infringes copyright, trademarks, personality or other rights; or
- leads to a destination that is unsafe, contains malware, collects personal
  data without a lawful basis or does not match the advertisement.

## 3. Age environment

Advertising must be suitable for the youngest audience that the age rating of
the film or programme it appears with allows. Advertising for products that may
be sold only to adults (for example alcohol) appears only with films rated 18,
which are not shown until a reliable age verification is in place.

## 4. Creatives and destinations

4.1 Video bumpers last at most 10 seconds; static placements are images with a
meaningful alternative text. Creatives must not imitate Lannore's interface,
warnings or system messages.

4.2 The destination address must use HTTPS, work, match the advertisement and
must not set tracking technologies before the visitor has agreed where the law
requires consent.

## 5. Review, reports and decisions

5.1 We review every creative and destination before it runs and after every
change. Viewers and anyone else can report an advertisement in the app or by
email. We decide on reports promptly and tell the advertiser and, where it
applies, the reporting person our decision with reasons and the available
means of redress (Community Guidelines, section 5).

5.2 Repeated or serious breaches may lead to the end of all campaigns of an
advertiser and to the closure of the advertiser profile.
