# Lannore Advertising Terms

**Version:** `2026-11-03.1` (replaces `2026-11-01.1`)
**Language:** English (source text). The German version has the same content; both are equally binding.
**Provider of advertising:** RPK Digital Solution GbR Khorsandi Khayamdar, operating the AGIMetis brand and the Lannore product, Ludwig-Quidde-Straße 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany ("RPK", "we", "us")
**Contact:** contact@agimetis.com (subject "Advertising")
**Status:** Applies from its publication in the app.

These terms apply when you book an advertising campaign yourself in the
Lannore advertiser workspace, on the web or in the Lannore app for Android.
Individual sponsorships are agreed in a separate written contract. The Terms
of Use and the Advertising Policy apply in addition; the Advertising Policy
forms part of these terms. Bookings on the web are also governed by the
Purchase Terms for business customers, bookings in the app by the Purchase
Terms for purchases through an app store.

## 1. Who can advertise

1.1 On the web, only businesses can book campaigns. In the Android app,
businesses and private persons (consumers) can book campaigns; they pay there
through Google Play. In every case you need a Lannore account and must be at
least 18 years old; whoever books for a business must be entitled to do so.
Creators who advertise their films on the web act as businesses.

1.2 When you create your advertiser profile, you state the business, its
address and the country in which it is established, the name under which your
advertising is shown ("advertiser"), who commissions the campaign and, if
someone else pays for it, who pays. A business established in a member state
of the European Union other than Germany gives a valid VAT identification
number, which we verify with VIES (Purchase Terms for business customers,
section 1.2). This information must be true and complete and kept up to
date. As a private person you state your name, your country of residence and
the name under which your advertising is shown; you need no VAT
identification number.

## 2. The campaign

2.1 A campaign consists of the creative (a short video bumper of at most 10
seconds or a static image with an alternative text), the destination address,
the countries, the period, the budget and the contexts in which it may appear
(for example films, collections, genres or premieres). We do not offer
targeting by personal data or by behaviour.

2.2 Advertising appears only on free areas of Lannore. It never appears for
Lannore Plus members or on access that was paid for.

## 3. Review and decisions

3.1 We review every campaign before you pay and before it starts. We may
reject it, ask for changes or limit it, in particular where it breaches the
Advertising Policy, the law or the rights of others. We tell you the reasons.

3.2 Every change to the creative or the destination address needs a new
review; the earlier version keeps running until the new one is approved.

3.3 We may pause or end a campaign at any time if it breaches these terms, the
Advertising Policy or the law, after a justified report, on an official order,
or if the destination becomes unsafe. We tell you the reasons. You can object
under "Decisions and appeals" in the app.

## 4. Prices and payment

4.1 You pay a prepaid budget for each campaign. Its price follows the rate
card that applies when you book, which we show before you pay; it is stored
with your campaign and does not change during the campaign. There is no
auction and no reusable credit: each budget belongs to one campaign.

4.2 Rate card from `2026-10-14`: video bumper EUR 15 per 1,000 completed
views; static placement EUR 5 per 1,000 viewable impressions (at least half of
the placement visible for at least one second); minimum budget EUR 50 per
campaign. Prices are net. On the web, businesses established in Germany pay
German VAT in addition; for businesses in another member state of the
European Union with a confirmed VAT identification number the reverse charge
applies, and businesses established outside the European Union pay no German
VAT (Purchase Terms for business customers, section 3).

4.2a In the app you choose a budget of EUR 50, 100 or 250; this is the value of
the delivery under the rate card. Before the purchase Google Play shows the
final price including the VAT of your country (in Germany EUR 59.99, 119.99 and
299.99), in other countries in the local currency as converted by Google.

4.3 You pay after we have approved the campaign. It starts once the payment has
been received and the approved start date has come.

4.4 On the web, RPK sells the campaign to you and issues one invoice for it,
created through RPK's Stripe account; refunds of unused budget are documented
with a credit note. In the app, Google Play sells you the budget (in the
European Union currently Google Commerce Limited, Ireland); Google collects the
payment and issues the receipt, and RPK delivers the campaign.

## 5. Delivery, reporting and unused budget

5.1 We do not guarantee a particular number of views or impressions.
Deliveries are capped per viewer and day. Invalid traffic, for example from
automated or suspicious viewing, is not charged.

5.2 Your workspace shows aggregated figures: deliveries, completed views and
clicks per day and country, and the budget spent. You receive no personal data
of viewers.

5.3 On the web: if the budget is not used up by the end of the campaign, we
extend it by up to 14 days with your consent, or refund the unused part to the
payment method you used, in proportion to the deliveries that did not take
place.

5.4 A campaign you paid in the app through Google Play cannot be refunded in part. If delivery has started and its budget is not used up by the end of its period, the campaign runs on in steps of 14 days until it is delivered; we notify you of this. If nothing was delivered by the end of the period, or if we reject the campaign, we refund the purchase in full through Google Play. Once delivery has started you can pause and resume the campaign but not end it early; before that you can end it and receive a full refund. If we end a campaign under section 3.3 after delivery has started, we refund nothing if you are responsible for the reason; if you are not, we refund the purchase in full. Section 6.2 remains unaffected.

## 6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. Sections 5.3 and 5.4
govern unused budget.

6.2 If you book in the app as a consumer, you have a statutory right of
withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract; Google Play is the
seller, and the withdrawal rules of the Purchase Terms for purchases through
an app store apply. If you ask for the campaign to start within the withdrawal
period and then withdraw, the law lets us charge for the part already
delivered. Because Google Play refunds only in full, we waive this: if you
withdraw within the period towards Google Play or us (by email to
contact@agimetis.com or through support in the app), we refund the purchase in
full through Google Play and end the campaign.

## 7. Labelling, reports and records

7.1 Every advertisement is marked as advertising and names the advertiser and,
if different, who pays. Viewers can see why it is shown and report it.

7.2 We keep the approved creative and destination, the review, the rate card,
the budget, the payment and the deliveries of every campaign for as long as the
law requires.

## 8. Your content

8.1 You grant us the non-exclusive right, for the period and countries of the
campaign, to store the creative, adapt it technically (for example its format
or size) and show it on Lannore.

8.2 You confirm that you hold all rights to the creative and the destination
and that the campaign complies with the law and the Advertising Policy. You
indemnify us against claims of third parties arising from a culpable breach,
including reasonable legal costs. If you book as a business, this applies unless
you show that you are not responsible for the breach. This obligation continues
after the campaign ends.

## 9. Liability and final provisions

9.1 Section 10 of the Terms of Use and, for your region, section 17 govern our
liability; sections 14 to 16 of the Terms of Use apply accordingly. If you are a
merchant, a legal person under public law or a special fund under public law, the
courts of Berlin have exclusive jurisdiction.

9.2 If you book as a business, our liability for slight negligence under section 10.2
of the Terms of Use is limited, for each campaign, to its net price. This limit also
applies to our partners, employees and agents.

9.3 If you book as a business, your claims against us expire 12 months after the
statutory limitation period begins. This does not apply to the cases in section 10.1
of the Terms of Use.

9.4 If you book as a business, you can set off only claims that are undisputed or
have been finally established by a court.
