1. A curated service with clear boundaries

Lannore is a curated film platform. It is not an open file host, a place to buy influence or a forum for harassment. These guidelines apply to everything you do on Lannore: films and their material, profiles, ratings, comments, Super-Danke messages, posts in the community channel for founding members, premiere chats and questions, reports and messages to us. We review material and reports, but we cannot see every issue before it causes harm.

2. Content and conduct we do not allow

Do not submit, publish, share, request or promote material, and do not engage in conduct, that:

Lawful artistic context, documentary material and difficult subjects are not forbidden as such. They may require an age classification, content notes, a territory limit, evidence, restricted discoverability, or a decision not to accept a film where we cannot support it responsibly.

3. Creator standards

Creators must provide accurate credits, answers to the youth protection questionnaire, rights declarations and disclosures of the use of artificial intelligence, including any deepfake, and respond promptly to a reasonable request for evidence, correction or classification. Creators may not promise an audience, collect viewer data outside Lannore, sell unauthorised access, offer anything in return for votes or pressure other participants.

4. Reports

4.1 Use the report function in the app, also on advertisements, or write to contact@agimetis.com to report illegal content or a safety, rights or conduct issue. Give enough detail for us to identify the material and explain why you consider it illegal or in breach of these guidelines. Rights holders can also use our Copyright and Takedown Policy.

4.2 We confirm receipt of your report, decide on it carefully, objectively and promptly, with priority for reports about the protection of minors and from trusted flaggers, and tell you our decision and the available means of redress (Article 16 of the Digital Services Act).

4.3 Deliberately false or abusive reports may themselves lead to a restriction; we may stop processing reports from a person who frequently submits manifestly unfounded reports, after a warning and for a reasonable period.

5. Our decisions

5.1 Depending on the seriousness, we may warn you, remove or restrict material, limit a feature, make material unlisted, pause publication or access, suspend or close an account, preserve evidence, or inform the competent authorities where the law requires it or a person's life or safety is at risk.

5.2 We act proportionately and take into account the severity, the frequency and any previous breaches, and whether the conduct was intentional. We tell you the reasons for a decision and how to appeal it ("Decisions and appeals" in the app), unless the law forbids it or it would endanger others.

5.3 If an account is suspended, its owner can still appeal and use "Decisions and appeals".

5.4 Every person affected by a decision and every person who reported the content can ask us to review it within six months under "Decisions and appeals" or by email; a person who was not involved in the decision reviews it (Article 20 of the Digital Services Act). You may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act, and you remain free to go to court.

5.5 You can block another member so that their comments and messages are no longer shown to you.

6. Our editorial independence

Acceptance, recommendation, promotion, Awards, discovery and public release are independent editorial decisions. They are not a paid service and may be changed for safety, quality, rights, technical, capacity or legal reasons. Nothing in these guidelines promises acceptance, distribution, revenue or a particular audience.
