# Lannore Creator Pro Terms

These terms apply to Creator Pro, the optional paid plan for creator profiles.
They supplement the Creator Terms, the Terms of Use and the purchase module of
the seller shown in the checkout.

## 1. What Creator Pro includes

1.1 Creator Pro adds automated workflow features to your creator profile:

- up to three team seats;
- up to five active screeners and more parallel work-in-progress film slots;
- a private archive for the original masters of your films.

The features, the price and the billing interval are shown before you
subscribe.

1.2 Creator Pro contains no human services. Services performed by people (for
example editing or subtitling) are separate products that we offer with an
individual quote.

1.3 Creator Pro has no influence on editorial decisions, discovery, ranking,
recommendations, earnings or Awards. Submitting, review, publication, earnings
and payouts are free without it.

## 2. Buying as a consumer or as a business

2.1 In the checkout you state whether you buy as a consumer or for your
business. As a business you give your VAT identification number where you have
one; the purchase module explains the tax treatment. The consumer rights of the
Terms of Use, in particular the right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers.

## 3. Term, renewal and cancellation

3.1 Creator Pro is billed monthly or annually and renews automatically. Section
6 of the Terms of Use applies to the term, renewal, cancellation and price
changes as it does to Lannore Plus. You can cancel online with "Cancel
contracts here" (app.lannore.com/contracts/cancel) without signing in.

3.2 When Creator Pro ends, its additional features end with it. What you
created with them remains, but you can only use the features of the free plan
until you subscribe again. Masters in the private archive remain available for
download for at least 30 days after the end; we tell you before we delete them.
You must keep your own copy of every master (Creator Terms, section 3.4).
