Lannore Film Licence
Template version: 2026-11-03.1 (replaces 2026-11-01.1 for new submissions)
Language: English (source text). The German version has the same content; both are equally binding.
Provider: RPK Digital Solution GbR Khorsandi Khayamdar, operating the AGIMetis brand and the Lannore product, Ludwig-Quidde-Straße 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany ("Lannore", "we", "us")
Status: Applies to every film whose rights are recorded after its publication in the app.
This film licence is the separate licence agreement for one film under section 1.3 of the Lannore Creator Terms. The creator ("you") accepts it in the app for each film, together with the rights declaration for that film. The Creator Terms apply in addition; where they differ, this licence prevails for the film.
1. The licence record
The values of this licence are those you record for the film in the app when you submit it (the "licence record"). Lannore stores them with your acceptance of this exact version, its hash, the time of acceptance and your account:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Film and revision | the film and the submitted revision the licence covers |
| Territory | worldwide, or the countries you selected |
| Modes of exploitation | one or more of: free (free), free with advertising or sponsorship (ad_supported), rental (tvod), premiere (premiere), Lannore Plus (subscription), organisations (b2b) |
| Period | from acceptance until the licence ends under section 5, unless the record states an end date |
| Exclusivity | non-exclusive unless the record states an exclusive window with its territory and dates |
| Premiere window | the dates of a premiere, where you selected one |
| Withdrawal notice | the notice period for withdrawing the film (normally 30 days) |
A mode, territory or right that is not in the licence record is not licensed.
2. Grant
You grant Lannore, for the territory, modes and period in the licence record, the right to:
- store, encode, transcode, secure and stream the film, and create the technical, accessibility and format versions needed for that, including subtitles and audio description;
- offer the film to members and organisations in the licensed modes, including access acquired through credits or passes for rentals and premieres, and sell that access to organisations itself and to members through a merchant of record (currently Link, the merchant of record service of Stripe) or an app store that sells in its own name;
- use the approved title, credits, synopsis, stills, poster, trailer and other approved marketing material to present and promote the film and Lannore, including in newsletters, on social media and in advertising, and adapt it technically (crop, resize, caption) without distorting the film or your reputation.
Lannore may engage service providers to exercise these rights (for example for storage, streaming and payment) and may grant merchants of record and app stores the rights they need to sell access to the film; it grants no other sublicences. You keep ownership of all rights.
Lannore Plus. Licensing the mode subscription permits Lannore to include the film in Lannore Plus. It is not a promise of inclusion: Lannore decides separately whether the film joins Plus, from when, until when and in which of the licensed countries, and may end its inclusion at any time; the film can remain available for rent. The Plus pool under the Creator Terms applies to the time the film is in Plus.
3. Earnings
Your shares, the Plus pool, statements and payouts follow sections 8 and 9 of the Creator Terms in the version that applied when each transaction took place.
4. Your declarations and portability
4.1 You confirm the declarations of section 4 of the Creator Terms for this film, including the information on the use of artificial intelligence and any deepfake it contains. The rights declaration, the youth protection questionnaire and the evidence references you recorded for the film form part of this licence.
4.2 Portability. You authorise Lannore, for yourself and for every other holder of rights in the film whom you represent, to provide the film to subscribers and purchasers who are temporarily present in another member state of the European Union without verifying their member state of residence, in accordance with Article 5(4) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1128. You may withdraw this authorisation with three months' notice; access already acquired is not affected.
5. Withdrawal and end
You can withdraw the film with the notice period in the licence record. New sales of access, including redeeming credits for the film, end as soon as you give notice; the film stays on Lannore until the withdrawal takes effect. Access that members or organisations acquired before, including running rentals, premiere replays and credits already redeemed for the film, continues for the period they acquired (Creator Terms, section 5.4). Lannore may suspend access sooner for a credible rights, safety or legal issue (Creator Terms, section 7). When the licence ends, Lannore keeps only the copies and records needed for acquired access, accounting, disputes, appeals, security and legal retention, and deletes the rest.
6. Changes
A change to the licence record, for example an added territory or mode, takes effect when you record it in the app and, where the change needs a review, when Lannore accepts it. A new version of this template applies only to films whose rights you record after its publication.
