These Product Terms describe what you receive with each product on Lannore. They supplement the Terms of Use and the purchase module of the seller shown in the checkout. The details shown before you buy prevail over these terms.

1. Rules for every product

1.1 Every product is personal and bound to your Lannore account. You cannot transfer, resell or share it; access for several people in one household is not included (Terms of Use, section 2.2).

1.2 Films are streamed in a supported browser or app on any device on which you are signed in, in a quality of up to 1080p that adapts to your connection. There are no downloads.

1.3 A film is available in the countries for which its licence was granted. Within the European Union, paid access stays available while you travel (Terms of Use, section 17.1.2a).

1.4 Everything you buy is free of advertising. A neutral, non-clickable sponsor note may appear where a sponsor financed a film or programme.

1.5 Each film shows its age rating before you buy and when it starts. Films that require a reliable age verification are not sold until it is in place.

2. Rental

2.1 A rental gives you access to one film. You can start it within 30 days of purchase. From the first successful start of the film, you can watch it as often as you like for 48 hours.

2.2 If you do not start a rental within 30 days, it expires and we refund the price in full automatically.

2.3 If you are a Lannore Plus member, you still pay for films that are offered only for rent. A film that is in the Plus catalogue in your country does not need a rental while your membership lasts.

3. Premiere ticket

3.1 A premiere ticket gives you access to the screening of a film at the date and start time shown when you buy, in the time zone of your device, and to its replay for 48 hours from the start of the premiere.

3.2 You can cancel your ticket yourself in the app with a full refund until 24 hours before the premiere starts.

3.3 If we move a premiere, the new date and time apply and you can cancel until 24 hours before the new start. If we cancel a premiere, we refund the ticket in full. If a technical fault on our side prevents the screening and we cannot offer a usable replacement within 24 hours, we refund the ticket automatically.

3.4 During a premiere, members with a ticket can take part in its chat and send questions. The Community Guidelines apply; we moderate the chat and may remove contributions.

4. Lannore Plus

4.1 Lannore Plus is a subscription that gives you access, free of advertising, to the films in the Plus catalogue in your country. We choose which films join the catalogue, for which period and in which countries, within the rights their creators grant. Films can join and leave; we show you the current catalogue before you subscribe and tell members who saved or started a film at least a week before it leaves.

4.2 Plus does not include films offered only for rent, premieres, credits or passes.

4.3 Plans: monthly or annual, at the price shown before you subscribe. A free trial of 7 days is available once per account and per payment method; it becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends, and we remind you by email before that.

4.4 A subscription renews automatically. Section 6 of the Terms of Use governs the term, renewal, cancellation and price changes. You can cancel at any time with "Cancel contracts here" (app.lannore.com/contracts/cancel).

5. Film Pass

5.1 A Film Pass contains three credits. Each credit can be redeemed for one rental of an eligible film under section 2. Eligible are regular rentals; a credit cannot be used for premieres or for new releases marked as premium.

5.2 Credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase. We show the expiry date in your account and remind you by email before unused credits expire. Unused credits expire then without a refund.

5.3 Credits are personal, cannot be transferred, have no cash value, cannot be paid out, topped up or exchanged for other products.

5.4 You can withdraw from the purchase until you redeem the first credit (Terms of Use, section 17). A refund removes the unused credits; credits already redeemed stay fulfilled.

6. Founding Pass

6.1 The Founding Pass is a one-time package for early members. It is sold for 90 days from the start of its sale on the web; the app shows when the sale ends. There is no limit on the number of passes, and each account can buy one Founding Pass. It contains:

6.2 The Founding Pass gives no share in RPK or its profits, no voting or participation rights and no claim to any financial return. It is not an investment.

6.3 We show the expiry date of the credits and the ticket in your account and remind you by email before they expire. Unused credits and an unused ticket expire after 12 months without a refund; the badge and the access to the channel remain.

6.4 Sales may pause while the catalogue does not yet offer enough films to redeem the credits; we say so in the app. If we end the service while credits or the ticket are still valid, we refund the unused part in proportion to the unused benefits.

6.5 You can withdraw from the purchase until you redeem the first credit or use the ticket (Terms of Use, section 17). A refund removes the unused benefits, the badge and the access to the channel.

7. Community channel for founding members

7.1 Founding members whose pass has not been refunded and the Lannore team can read and write short posts in the channel (up to 1,000 characters, at most 10 posts per hour). Posts by the team are marked as such.

7.2 The Community Guidelines apply. You can delete your own posts at any time and report or block other members. Moderators may hide a post that breaks the rules; they give a reason, and we tell the author.

7.3 We may change the form of the channel, for example move it to another place in Lannore, as long as founding members keep an equivalent way to exchange with each other and with the team.
