# Lannore Purchase Terms: app store purchases

These purchase terms apply to purchases you make inside the Lannore app for
Android and Google TV through Google Play, including advertising budgets. They
supplement the Lannore Terms of Use and the Product Terms (or the Super-Danke
Terms, the Creator Pro Terms or the Advertising Terms).

## 1. Who sells

1.1 Google Play sells purchases made in the app to you. The seller and your
contractual partner for the payment is the Google company named in Google Play
(in the European Union currently Google Commerce Limited, Ireland). Google
Play's terms of service and payment terms apply to the purchase.

1.2 RPK provides the content and features you buy. RPK is responsible to you
for providing them as described in the Product Terms and for their conformity
with the contract under the law that applies to you.

1.3 Purchases through Google Play are available only in the countries shown
in the app, in which Google Play charges the tax. In Switzerland, purchases are
available on the web only.

## 2. Price, payment and receipt

2.1 Google Play shows the price including tax before you buy and charges the
tax. Google Play takes the payment with the payment methods you set up there
and issues the receipt; Lannore shows you the Google Play order reference in
your account.

2.2 Google Play shows the button that confirms your obligation to pay. The
contract is concluded under Google Play's terms when you complete the purchase
there.

## 3. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

3.1 Withdrawals and refunds of purchases made through Google Play are handled
by Google Play under its refund rules; your statutory rights against Google as
seller remain unaffected. Lannore shows you the way there from your account.

3.2 Subscriptions bought through Google Play are cancelled in Google Play. Access continues until the cancellation takes effect.

3.3 If Google Play refunds a purchase, the access you bought with it ends; an
advertising campaign paid with it ends.

3.4 For advertising budgets, sections 5.4 and 6 of the Advertising Terms also
apply: no partial refund, the campaign runs until its budget is delivered, and
consumers who withdraw within the period receive the full price back.

## 4. Content and support

If something you bought does not work, write to contact@agimetis.com or use
the support function in the app. We fix faults on our side and, where a fault
cannot be fixed, help you obtain a refund. "Restore purchases" in the app
links purchases you made in Google Play to your Lannore account again.
