# Lannore Purchase Terms: sales by a merchant of record

**Version:** `2026-10-14.1` (new)
**Language:** English (source text). The German version has the same content; both are equally binding.
**Content provider:** RPK Digital Solutions GbR, operating the AGIMetis brand and the Lannore product, Ludwig-Quidde-Straße 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany ("RPK", "we", "us")
**Contact:** contact@agimetis.com
**Status:** prepared on 2026-10-14 after an AI-assisted legal review that the founders delegated. It applies from its publication in the app.

These purchase terms apply when the checkout in Lannore names another company
as seller (a "merchant of record"). They supplement the Lannore Terms of Use
and the Product Terms.

## 1. Who sells

1.1 The merchant of record named in the checkout sells the purchase to you in
its own name. It is your contractual partner for the purchase and the payment,
charges the tax, issues the receipt and handles payments, withdrawals,
cancellations and refunds under its terms, which the checkout shows and links
before you pay.

1.2 RPK provides the content and features you buy and is responsible for
providing them as described in the Product Terms.

## 2. Conclusion of the contract

The checkout of the merchant of record shows you the product, the price
including tax, any automatic renewal and its terms. The contract is concluded
under those terms when you press the button that states your obligation to pay.
The merchant of record confirms your purchase by email.

## 3. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

3.1 You declare a withdrawal or cancellation to the merchant of record, in the
way its terms describe. Lannore shows you the way there from your account and
forwards declarations it receives in "Withdraw from contract" or "Cancel
contracts here" to the merchant of record.

3.2 If the merchant of record refunds a purchase, the access you bought with it
ends.

## 4. Content and support

If something you bought does not work, write to contact@agimetis.com or use the
support function in the app. We fix faults on our side and work with the
merchant of record so that you obtain a refund where a fault cannot be fixed.
