Lannore Purchase Terms: web purchases sold through Link
Version: 2026-11-03.1 (replaces 2026-11-01.1)
Language: English (source text). The German version has the same content; both are equally binding.
Content provider: RPK Digital Solution GbR Khorsandi Khayamdar, operating the AGIMetis brand and the Lannore product, Ludwig-Quidde-Straße 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany ("RPK", "we", "us")
Contact: contact@agimetis.com
Status: Applies from its publication in the app.
These purchase terms apply to purchases on the web (app.lannore.com) that the checkout shows as "Sold through Link". They supplement the Lannore Terms of Use and the Product Terms (or the Super-Danke Terms or the Creator Pro Terms). RPK does not sell to consumers itself.
1. Who sells
1.1 Link, the merchant of record service of Stripe, sells the purchase to you in its own name. Your contractual partner for the purchase and the payment is Sold through Link, LLC ("Link"). Link charges the price and the tax, issues the receipt and handles payment, withdrawal, cancellation, refunds and chargebacks under its terms, which the checkout shows and links before you pay. The payment itself is processed by a Stripe payment company that Link names. Your card or bank statement shows "LINK.COM*" followed by Lannore.
1.2 RPK provides the content and features you buy and is responsible to you for providing them as described in the Product Terms and for their conformity with the contract under the law that applies to you.
2. How the contract is concluded
2.1 Before you pay, Lannore shows you the product, the price including tax, the access period, any automatic renewal and Link as seller. You then confirm the immediate start of access and, for a subscription, the automatic renewal, and continue to Link's checkout.
2.2 Link's checkout shows the product, the price including tax and any automatic renewal, and you can still check and correct your entries there. The contract is concluded with Link under its terms when you press the button that states your obligation to pay.
2.3 Link sends you the receipt and, for subscriptions, the messages about trials and renewals. We also confirm your purchase by email on a durable medium with the contract details, the documents and versions that apply, your request for immediate access and, for a subscription, your consent to the renewal.
3. Price, currency and tax
Link determines the tax that applies where you live and shows the price including it. Link may show the price in the currency of your country; the amount shown in Link's checkout is the amount you pay. You can manage your payment methods and your billing address in your Link account (link.com).
4. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
4.1 Link's withdrawal information applies; you find it in the checkout and in Link's receipt. You can contact Link support (support.link.com) and see your orders and subscriptions in your Link account.
4.2 You can also declare a withdrawal in Lannore with "Withdraw from contract" (app.lannore.com/contracts/withdraw) and cancel a subscription with "Cancel contracts here" (app.lannore.com/contracts/cancel), without signing in. We confirm receipt and see to it that the withdrawal or cancellation takes effect with Link.
4.3 Refunds are paid by Link to the means of payment you used. We can have Link refund a purchase, for example when you withdraw or when the Product Terms provide for a refund. Link may also refund a purchase itself to resolve a complaint.
4.4 If a purchase is refunded or a payment is charged back, the access you bought with it ends; a Super-Danke message is taken down.
5. Data
Link processes the data needed for the purchase and the payment as a controller under its own privacy notice; our Privacy Policy explains which data we exchange with Link. If you ask Link to delete your data, Link cancels the subscriptions you bought through Link; your Lannore account and the access you have already received remain unaffected.
6. Content and support
If something you bought does not work, write to contact@agimetis.com or use the support function in the app. We fix faults on our side and, where a fault cannot be fixed, see to it that you receive a refund.
