# Lannore Purchase Terms: RPK direct sales

**Version:** `2026-10-14.1` (new)
**Language:** English (source text). The German version has the same content; both are equally binding.
**Seller:** RPK Digital Solutions GbR, operating the AGIMetis brand and the Lannore product, Ludwig-Quidde-Straße 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany, represented by its partners Ramin Khorsandi and Parisa Khayamdar ("RPK", "we", "us")
**Contact:** contact@agimetis.com
**Status:** prepared on 2026-10-14 after an AI-assisted legal review that the founders delegated. It applies from its publication in the app.

These purchase terms apply when the checkout in Lannore names RPK as the
seller. They supplement the Lannore Terms of Use and the Product Terms (or,
for Creator Pro, the Creator Pro Terms). Where they differ, these purchase
terms prevail for the purchase.

## 1. Who sells and who processes the payment

1.1 RPK is your contractual partner and seller. RPK provides the content,
issues your invoice and is responsible for refunds, withdrawals,
cancellations and support.

1.2 The payment is processed for RPK by a payment service provider, currently
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Stripe is not a party to your purchase. The payment page and, for
subscriptions, the page on which you manage your payment method are operated by
Stripe for RPK. Stripe processes your payment data under its own privacy
notice (see our Privacy Policy).

## 2. How the contract is concluded

2.1 Before you pay, Lannore shows you the product, the price including tax,
the access period, any automatic renewal and RPK as seller. You then confirm
the immediate start of access and, for a subscription, the automatic renewal,
and continue to the payment page.

2.2 On the payment page you can still check and correct your entries. By
pressing the button that states your obligation to pay (for example "Pay" or
"Subscribe with obligation to pay"), you make a binding offer to RPK. RPK
accepts it by confirming your purchase on screen or by email, or by giving you
access, whichever happens first.

2.3 After the purchase we send you a confirmation by email on a durable
medium with the contract details, the documents and versions that apply, your
request for immediate access and, for a subscription, your consent to the
renewal. The documents remain available at their versioned addresses.

## 3. Prices, tax and invoice

3.1 All prices include value-added tax. While RPK's sales of digital services
to consumers in other EU member states remain below the threshold of
section 3a(5) of the German VAT Act (EUR 10,000 a year), RPK charges German
VAT (currently 19 percent) for consumers in every EU member state. Above it,
RPK charges the VAT of your member state of residence. The price shown before
you pay is the price you pay.

3.2 RPK issues an invoice for every purchase. You find it in your account and
receive it by email.

## 4. Payment

4.1 You can pay with the methods shown on the payment page. One-time purchases
are charged at once; subscriptions at the start of each billing period.

4.2 If a payment fails, Stripe tries again. Until the payment has been made we
may suspend access to the product concerned; if it is not made, a subscription
ends.

## 5. Withdrawal, immediate access and refunds

5.1 As a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal described in
section 17 of the Terms of Use. It ends early for digital content once access
has begun, if you asked for the immediate start and acknowledged the loss of
the right; for a pass, when you redeem the first credit.

5.2 You can withdraw online with "Withdraw from contract"
(app.lannore.com/contracts/withdraw), by email or by any other clear
statement. You can cancel subscriptions with "Cancel contracts here"
(app.lannore.com/contracts/cancel) without signing in.

5.3 RPK refunds through Stripe to the payment method you used, as described in
the Refund and Payment Policy.

## 6. Buying as a business

If you buy as a business (for example Creator Pro for your company), you tell
us so in the checkout and give your VAT identification number where you have
one. Where the reverse charge applies, RPK invoices without VAT and the tax is
owed by you. The consumer rights in the Terms of Use, in particular the right
of withdrawal, do not apply to business purchases.
