Provider: RPK Digital Solution GbR Khorsandi Khayamdar, operating the AGIMetis brand and the Lannore product, Ludwig-Quidde-Straße 5, 13127 Berlin, Germany ("Lannore", "we", "us")

Status: Applies from its publication in the app.
This policy explains how you pay on Lannore and when you get your money back. It summarises and supplements the Terms of Use. If this policy and the Terms of Use differ, the Terms of Use prevail. Nothing in this policy limits the rights that the law of your country gives you.
1. How you pay
1.1 Before you pay, Lannore shows you who sells the product (Terms of Use, section 5.1). RPK does not sell to consumers itself. On the web, Link (Sold through Link, LLC) sells the purchase and takes the payment; you can use the payment methods shown in Link's checkout. In the Android and Google TV app, Google Play sells the purchase and its terms and refund rules apply. Business customers buy from RPK, and Stripe processes the payment for RPK. The purchase module of the seller explains the details.
1.2 Prices are shown in your currency and include the value-added tax, goods and services tax or similar tax that the seller must charge where you live. For business customers, the checkout shows whether VAT is added to the price or included in it (Purchase Terms for business customers, section 3.1). Fees your bank or card issuer charges, for example for a payment in a foreign currency, are your own and are not refunded.
1.3 Subscriptions (Lannore Plus and Creator Pro) are charged at the start of each billing period. If a payment fails, the payment provider tries again. We may suspend access to the subscription until the payment has been made; if it is not made, the subscription ends.
2. Refunds by product
| Product | When you get your money back |
|---|---|
| Rental | If you do not start a rental within 30 days, it expires and we refund it in full automatically. We also refund if we could not give you access after payment, or a fault on our side prevents you from watching and we cannot fix it (section 3). Otherwise a rental is final once you have started it, subject to your right of withdrawal (section 4). |
| Premiere ticket | You can cancel a ticket yourself in the app with a full refund until 24 hours before the premiere starts, unless a different time is shown when you buy; if we move a premiere, until 24 hours before the new start. If we cancel a premiere, or it cannot take place because of a fault on our side and we cannot offer a usable replacement within 24 hours, we refund the ticket in full automatically. |
| Credits and passes | Before you redeem the first credit, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase (section 4). Once a credit has been redeemed, the pass is final. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase; they have no cash value and are not refunded when they expire or when your account is deleted. |
| Lannore Plus and Creator Pro | No charge during a free trial. A cancellation of a monthly plan, or of an annual plan in its first year, takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then; the period already paid is not refunded. After its first year you can cancel an annual plan with one month's notice, and we refund the fee for the time after your cancellation takes effect, pro rata. If we end a subscription during a paid period, we refund the unused part pro rata. |
| Super-Danke | Super-Danke is provided as soon as your message is published. It is not refunded, unless it was charged twice or by mistake and you tell us within 14 days, your message could not be published for a reason you are not responsible for, or the law requires a refund (Super-Danke Terms). A refund takes the message down. |
| Advertising campaign | On the web, budget that is not delivered by the end of the campaign is extended with your consent or refunded in proportion (Advertising Terms, section 5.3). In the app, a campaign paid through Google Play cannot be refunded in part: it runs on until its budget is delivered, and you get the full price back if nothing was delivered, if we reject it, or if you withdraw as a consumer within the period (Advertising Terms, sections 5.4 and 6). |
3. Faults and failed access
3.1 If we cannot give you access to something you paid for (for example because the payment was taken but access was not granted), we refund you automatically or as soon as you tell us.
3.2 If a film you paid for does not work because of a fault on our side, tell us at contact@agimetis.com. We first try to fix the fault. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or, where available, a replacement such as a new rental period. Your statutory rights for faulty or missing digital content remain unaffected (Terms of Use, section 9).
3.3 Problems with your own device, connection, browser or settings are not a fault on our side; please check the technical requirements (Terms of Use, section 3.3).
4. Right of withdrawal
4.1 Whether you have a right of withdrawal depends on the law where you live. Section 17 of the Terms of Use sets out the right of withdrawal for the countries and regions where one exists. In the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days from purchase. Some countries give a different period (for example 7 days in Brazil and South Korea).
4.2 Before you pay for digital content, we ask whether you want access to begin immediately. If you agree and acknowledge the consequence, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as access has begun. For a pass, it ends when you redeem the first credit.
4.3 You can declare a withdrawal online with "Withdraw from contract" (app.lannore.com/contracts/withdraw) during the first 14 days after a purchase, by email or by any other clear statement. We confirm receipt by email at once, see to it that the seller handles your withdrawal and tell you the outcome.
5. How refunds are paid
5.1 Purchases on the web are refunded by Link to the original payment method, in the same currency. Where this policy or the Terms of Use provide for a refund, we have Link make it (Terms of Use, section 5.6). A refund after a withdrawal is made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. You can also contact Link support (support.link.com).
5.2 Purchases made through Google Play are refunded through Google Play. You can also request a refund from Google under Google Play's refund rules.
5.3 Business purchases are refunded by RPK through Stripe to the original payment method, with a credit note.
5.4 How long it takes until the money appears in your account depends on your bank or card issuer; it is usually 5 to 10 working days.
5.5 When a purchase is refunded, the access you bought with it ends. A refunded subscription payment ends the subscription.
6. Chargebacks
6.1 If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first; we will correct an error quickly. A chargeback through your bank or card issuer takes much longer.
6.2 If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend the access bought with it until the dispute is resolved. The seller (Link or Google Play, or RPK for business purchases) handles the dispute; it may contest a chargeback that it or we consider unjustified, and we may provide it with the evidence of your purchase and use. If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that was justified and you are responsible for this, you must reimburse us the fees we incur as a result; you may prove that they were lower.
7. Account deletion
When your account is deleted, access bought for it, including unused rentals, tickets and credits, ends without a refund, unless the law requires one. Cancel running subscriptions before you delete your account. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
8. Contact
