# Lannore Tip Terms

These terms apply to tips. They supplement the Terms of Use and the purchase
module of the seller shown when you tip.

## 1. What a tip is

1.1 A tip is a voluntary payment with which you support the creator named when
you tip. You receive nothing in return: no access to a film, no content, no
badge, no better position, no influence on Awards or rankings.

1.2 Tips are never combined with a purchase of access.

## 2. Who receives the tip

2.1 The creator receives 90 percent of the net amount Lannore actually receives
for the tip, that is the amount after any tax and after the fees of the app
store or payment provider; Lannore keeps 10 percent (Creator Terms, section 8).
The creator is paid under the Creator Terms.

2.2 Before you tip, Lannore shows you the creator and how the tip is shared.

## 3. Amounts and payment

3.1 In the Android and Google TV app, you tip through Google Play in fixed
amounts of EUR 2, EUR 5 or EUR 10 (or the equivalent shown by Google Play);
the purchase terms for app store purchases apply.

3.2 Tips on the web are available only where Lannore offers them; the purchase
module of the seller shown when you tip applies.

## 4. Refunds

A tip is not refunded, unless it was charged twice or by mistake and you tell
us within 14 days, or the law requires a refund. Tips made through Google Play
can also be refunded under Google Play's rules. A refunded tip is deducted from
the creator's share. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
