# Lannore Super-Danke Terms

These terms apply to Super-Danke, which replaces tips on Lannore. They
supplement the Terms of Use and the purchase module of the seller shown when
you buy.

## 1. What Super-Danke is

1.1 With Super-Danke you thank the creator of a film. You buy a digital
product in a fixed amount (currently 3, 5 or 10 euros, or the amount the
seller shows in your currency) and write a short message of up to 280
characters. After the payment:

- your message appears highlighted on the film's page with your display name
  and the amount, where other members can see it;
- you receive the supporter badge; and
- we tell the creator about your Super-Danke.

1.2 Super-Danke is not a donation and gives you nothing beyond section 1.1: no
access to a film, no better position and no influence on Awards, rankings or
recommendations. It is never combined with a purchase of access.

1.3 If your account is restricted from posting comments, you cannot buy
Super-Danke. If your message cannot be published after the payment for a
reason you are not responsible for, we refund the Super-Danke.

## 2. Your message

2.1 You are responsible for your message. The Community Guidelines apply, and
section 8.3 of the Terms of Use applies as it does to comments. You can delete
your message at any time; this does not lead to a refund.

2.2 We may hide a message that breaks the law, these terms or the Community
Guidelines, and members can report it. If we hide it for a reason you are
responsible for, there is no refund.

## 3. Who receives what

3.1 The creator receives 90 percent of the net amount we actually receive for
the Super-Danke, that is the amount after the tax and the fees of the seller
(Link or Google Play); Lannore keeps 10 percent (Creator Terms, section 8).
The creator is paid under the Creator Terms.

3.2 Before you pay, Lannore shows you the film, the creator and how the amount
is shared.

## 4. Seller and payment

4.1 On the web, Link sells Super-Danke to you; the Purchase Terms for web
purchases sold through Link apply. In the Android and Google TV app, Google
Play sells it to you; the Purchase Terms for app store purchases apply.

4.2 Super-Danke is provided immediately. Before you pay, you ask for your
message to be published at once and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal
then expires (Terms of Use, section 17.1.4).

## 5. Refunds

5.1 Super-Danke is not refunded, unless it was charged twice or by mistake and
you tell us within 14 days, or the law requires a refund. Purchases through
Google Play can also be refunded under Google Play's rules.

5.2 If a Super-Danke is refunded or its payment is charged back, the message
is taken down, and the refunded amount is deducted from the creator's share.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
