Review before launch
This describes the website accurately, but must still be reviewed by a qualified data-protection lawyer — and extended with the controller's full identity and, where required, a data protection officer. The Lannore platform itself needs a separate, broader policy. Nothing here is legal advice.
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags.
- No third-party scripts, fonts or embeds — the typefaces are served from our own domain precisely so that no font CDN receives your IP address.
- Nothing is shared with advertising networks.
Controller
RPK Digital Solutions GbR, operator of lannore.com. Contact: support@lannore.com. The complete postal address is given in the imprint.
Server logs
This site is hosted by Netlify. When you open a page, the hosting provider necessarily processes technical connection data — IP address, time of request, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system — in order to deliver the page and to keep the service secure and stable.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a functioning and secure website. Netlify acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR; transfers to the United States are covered by the EU Commission's adequacy decision and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
No public submission forms
This marketing website does not collect film submissions, screener links, waitlist registrations or account details. Account creation and film submissions take place only in the protected Lannore app, which provides its own privacy information before data is collected.
If you write to us directly, your message and address are processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for general enquiries. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed unless a statutory retention period applies.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect.
To exercise any of these, write to support@lannore.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or place of work.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the site or the processing behind it changes — for example when the platform itself opens, which will require its own, considerably longer policy.
